no understanding of near or distant contact lenses, this concerns me greatly as I thought this was a professional service, obviously not, and I paid for this in full, not impressed.

She is excellent. Highly recommended. Was able to identify a scar in my eye which other opticians had problems locating.

As I have said in my previous comments Niti does a first class job and I wouldn't see anybody else. She goes into great detail what she is doing and why during the examination.Please make sure she doesn't leave!!!.
